Research:
The study aimed to evaluate the effect of Closupp on broiler chickens in an experimental in vivo model for necrotic enteritis (NE). A total of 96 one-day-old Ross breed chicks of mixed sex were used, divided into 3 pens with unlimited access to drinking water and feed. The chicks were vaccinated with Poulvac Bursa Plus and infected with Clostridium perfringens to induce NE. A control group received sterile medium instead of the bacterium.

Conclusion:
The infection model was effective in inducing necrotic enteritis in broiler chickens.
Closupp reduced the incidence of necrotic enteritis by 70%.
Administering Closupp through drinking water proved to be an effective method for delivering treatment.
